The Basics
30-day return window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date. Because items are made to order, we ask that returned pieces are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with any tags attached.

Change-of-mind & sizing returns
↩ Free return shipping. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee. You receive a free prepaid return label — there is no cost to send the item back.
Items damaged by the customer or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible.

Get your free label
We email a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Download and print it.
Pack it up
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
Drop off
Leave it at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
Refund or exchange
Processed within 2 business days after we inspect the returned item.

Send the item to our returns address in Casper, Wyoming.
Inspection
We check the returned item once it arrives.

Your replacement is produced upon order and shipped within 2 business days. If it cannot be produced, you get a full refund.

Refunds are issued back to your original PayPal balance or the card used at checkout.
⚠ Defective or wrong item. If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, you receive a full refund including the original shipping fee, or a free replacement. The original shipping fee is otherwise non-refundable.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation
Because every order goes straight into production, cancellation windows are short. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered production. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an item has entered production (printed to order), the order can no longer be cancelled. If you're unsure of the status, email us and we'll check right away.
