Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item on https://bubblagifts.com/ is printed to order. After you place an order, your T-shirt or apparel is produced upon order specifically for you, then shipped from our facility in Casper, Wyoming.

How long does shipping take?

Your order is produced upon order within 2–5 business days. Once it ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days from your order date. You'll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is a $4.95 flat rate to anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order. The specific carrier and tracking number are included in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the United States only — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, which lets you pay with your PayPal balance or major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal Guest Checkout — no PayPal account required.

Do you accept returns for non-defective items?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with any tags attached.

Is return shipping free?

For change-of-mind and sizing returns, yes — we do not charge a return shipping fee. We email you a free prepaid return label.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. We accept direct exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for, and we'll send a free prepaid return label.

How do I get a return label?

Email support with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day at no cost to you. Print it and drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't entered production. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an item is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to post it.

What if my item arrives defective or wrong?

Email us right away. For defective or wrong items, we issue a full refund including the original shipping fee, or send a free replacement.

Do you charge sales tax?

The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.

We sell adult apparel and adult T-shirts, all printed to order with original designs.
